The foreign ministers of France, Germany and the United Kingdom and the High Representative of the European Union urged Iran on Monday to reverse all measures inconsistent with 2015's Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, including exceeding the maximum allowed low enriched uranium stockpile and the maximum allowed enrichment limits, and not respecting the limits set by the JCPoA on nuclear R&D activities.

The officials said, in a statement that they "are extremely concerned by the latest announcements that Iran is restarting uranium enrichment activities at the Fordow facility, as confirmed by the International Atomic Energy Agency in its 11 November report." They also called on the Tehran government to fully cooperate with the IAEA, expressing deep concern "by the lack of timely cooperation by Iran" and its recent blocking of an IAEA inspector from an inspection site.
