An indictment was filed against a pre-school nanny in Jerusalem for negligently causing death and receiving fraudulently, as she operated a nursery without the necessary knowledge and credentials.
According to the indictment, in December 2015, the caregiver shook a four-month-old baby who lost consciousness, causing widespread brain hemorrhage and the baby's death.
