A 20-year-old driver from Ashkelon was been spotted and summoned for a hearing by a police officer after being filmed committing a dangerous passing violation while crossing a solid separation line on Highway 4103, near Tel Nof. After the hearing, his license was revoked for 30 days and he was summoned to court.
