Turkey's Foreign Minister: "Israel attempted to create a terror state"

"A group of countries, led by Israel, attempted to create a terror state in northern Syria, but we stopped this attempt." Turkey's Foreign Minister, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, said these comments at a press conference in Ankara.
