The House Intelligence Committee on Thursday night subpoenaed acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney to appear at a deposition as part of the Trump impeachment inquiry Friday morning.
However, Mulvaney is unlikely to show up for the appearance despite the subpoena.
