Indictment: Suspect set fire to a car in a mistaken identity incident

An indictment was filed in Beersheva District Court against Mordechai Biton, 18, of Ashkelon, who along with a 16-year-old set fire to a city resident's car, the car belonged to an innocent person the two had mistakenly identified as their target.
