The Tel Aviv Regional Labor Court has accepted the urgent request by the Histadrut Labor Federation and instructed the Taldor company to freeze all the dismissals and organizational changes it has taken against the driving examiners it employs.
The Histadrutpresented evidence suggesting illegal actions by the company which refuses to recognize its employees' unionization in the Histadrut and refuses to negotiate with it, while taking steps intended to harm and threaten the workers and try to thwart the course of their unionization.
