For the first time, the Ministry of Construction is suing a developer who is delivering apartments designed for public housing ten-months late.
In the coming days, the State Prosecutor's Office will submit materials for filing claims against six other entrepreneurs. All compensation from the developers for delays, whether in a settlement process or in a lawsuit, will be directed to the public housing fund.
