The Eilat-Ashkelon Pipeline Company will pay 100 million shekels for the damage caused by an oil spill at the end of 2014 in the Evrona Nature Reserve near Eilat.
Much of the compensation agreed upon will be paid to the Nature and Parks Authority and is intended to restore the reserve and prevent future damage.
