Police will seek to extend the arrest of Kiryat Ata Mayor Yaakov Peretz, Mayor of Tel Mond Shmuel Sisso and five other suspects earlier this week, following an investigation into corruption at the local level.
On Wednesday Sisso's appeal on extension of his detention was denied.
