A 33-year-old illegal alien was arrested on Wednesday after fleeing a police car on Highway 40 near Neot Hovav, leaving his 3-year-old daughter in the vehicle.
A preliminary investigation found the driver had never been issued a driver's license. The vehicle has been grounded for 30 days and the driver will be indicted on Thursday.
