Forty-five hospital administrators in the country have sent an urgent letter to Deputy Minister of Health Yaakov Litzman (UTJ) due to the lack of budget.
"If the government does not pass budgets, we will collapse this winter," the doctors wrote to Litzman, in a letter revealed in News 11.
