MK Gideon Saar (Likud) said Wednesday that he is initiating a bill whereby a judge could disqualify evidence obtained under threat.
In an interview with the IDF Radio, Saar made it clear that the proposal had no connection to the disclosure of the contradictions in Nir Hafetz's testimony.
"It is hard to blame me for coordinating with Benyamin Netanyahu for the simple reason that we have no relationship. Justice needs to pursue due process," MK Saar said.
