Likud's Haredi division, attacked MK Moshe Gafni (UTJ) following his remarks and according to them he is not right-wing.

"Anyone who thinks that the Palestinians were here before us, and that the territories of the Land of Israel should be abandoned to those murderers, proves that he is not only detached from reality and Judaism, he is completely detached from the Haredi public," says Yaakov Wider, chairman of the Likuds Haredi division.

, "Overall, three percent of the Haredi public define themselves as left-wing. A public representative who sees himself as a center-left person does not represent the Haredi public," he said.
