Approximately 150 people are demonstrating in the Kiryat Haim neighborhood of Haifa, protesting the High Court's decision not to allow the late Salomon Tekka's family members to receive the shooting investigation materials for their son.
Protesters block Achi Eilat Street at the entrance to the neighborhood.
