Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon told a budget-branch gathering on Tuesday, "If there will be a new election - it will be the same. There is no decision here."
Kahlon proposed, "So let's pretend we made another election and let's set up a government. Each bloc tried to form a government with its bloc - it didn't work. In a tied we divide by points."
