2nd mayor among corruption detainees: Tel Mond's Shmuel Sisso

The second mayor among those arrested Monday morning for corruption is Shmuel Sisso of Tel Mond, a former mayor of Kiryat Yam and consul in New York.

Earlier it was announced that Mayor Yaakov Peretz of Kiryat Ata was among those arrested.
