The Ministry of Health has announced that flu vaccines have arrived in Israel and will be provided to health funds starting Monday.
The ministry reported two patients, ages 55 and 36 with influenza. In both, the H1N1-pandemic strain was diagnosed, against which the vaccine being used this season is supposed to work. Accordingly, the ministry is calling for vaccination against influenza according to the guidelines.
