Police and Ministry of Agriculture veterinary inspectors have evacuated eight dogs who had been kept under substandard conditions in the Sharon-area Israeli Arab city of Qalansawe.
The dogs were in poor health, suffering from starvation and disease. Some were denied access to food and drink, while the water others had was contaminated.
