The Supreme Court issued an interim order temporarily preventing the Russian hacker from being extradited.
Supreme Court Justice Daphne Barak Erez issued an interim order on the petition of Naama Issachar today, which will prevent the Russian hacker's extradition pending a decision on the petition.
The order was issued with the consent of the State, and the hearing of Issachar's petition against the extradition of the Russian hacker will be held this Thursday.
