Police arrested a 23-year-old resident of Bnei Brak on suspicion of placing a explosive device on a door in a residential building on Menahem Street. The suspect also fired at an apartment in the same building.
During a search of the suspect's home, a small amount of Cannabis was seized . His arrest has been extended until Tuesday.
