Israeli United Nations ambassador Danny Danon told the UN Security Council on Thursday that Iran's attack against Saudi Arabia, via Houthi rebels in Yemen, caused a jump in crude oil prices.
He also cited the crisis caused by Middle East refugees who have put a drain in countries where they have gone.
