The official value of the shekel rose an average of .24 percent on Monday against most of the featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.
The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.529, down .283 percent, while the Euro declined .432 percent to 3.9169 shekels and the pound sterling was set at 4.5323 shekels, down .271 percent.
