A Turkish official says the Turkish army had early knowledge of the military operation to eliminate Al-Baghdadi that occurred tonight.
He emphasized that Turkey will continue coordinating operations on the ground with the U.S.
According to his understanding, Al-Baghdadi arrived at the site where he was eliminated 48 hours beforehand.
