Blue & White MK calls for an army budget to be passed

Maj. Gen. Orna Barbivai (Blue &White) called on the government to approve a budget for the IDF's multi-year plan.

"The amateurism in which the state is run cannot be the culture in which the army is run," said Barbivai.
