A 16-year-old boy from Victoria has been arrested after harassing, stalking and threatening to kill a 12-year-old Jewish student and his 49-year-old mother, according to Channel 13 News.
Police say he sent them a series of blatant and violent messages and even tried to convince the student to commit suicide. He will be brought before a children's court next month.
