Arrested for threatening neighbor with a knife

Police have arrested a 63-year-old Bnei Brak man for threatening a neighbor with a knife and making threats due to strife between them.

Officers responding to the call saw a soapy liquid and graffiti spray painted on the stairwell of the building.
