The Tel Aviv District Prosecutor's Office has submitted an indictment with the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District Court, charging 39-year-old Ukrainian caregiver Svetlana Lukainuk, a caregive at a senior center, with attacking and abusing a helpless 81-year-old woman under her care.
