Harel Wiesel, owner of Fox Group Israel, is in talks with brothers Ari and Yoram Yarzin, veteran restaurateurs who own several successful restaurants, to look for a franchise for Starbucks, the coffee chain that failed in Israel 20 years ago, according to Yediot Ahronot.
