The Lod District Court is holding a hearing Thursday morning for a minor accused of membership in a terrorist organization in the arson fire four years ago in the Samarian Palestinian Authority village of Duma, in which a couple and their baby were burned to death and another person was seriously injured.
In a plea deal signed by the prosecutor's office with the minor, the indictment of planning the murder was changed to conspiring to commit a crime out of a racist motive.
