Police arrested 4 suspects this morning (Wednesday) and detained 13 more suspects for involvement in the supply of counterfeit licenses at construction sites across the country.
Among those detained are also 6 suspected of operating an unlicensed crane and work managers at the sites where the cranes were operated.
