US Ukrainian envoy says Trump tied security aid to investigation

The New York Times reported that US envoy to Ukraine, Bill Taylor said in a closed door investigation by the Democratic controlled house that President Trump had allegedly directly tied security aid to Ukraine to his request to investigate Hunter Biden.
