In an interview with Army Radio Transportation Minister Betzalel Smotrich (Jewish Home) said that the throwing of stones by extremist youth near Yitzhar was not a terror attack but rather a civil protest.
"This is not terrorism, it is a civil protest that needs to be dealt with severely at its roots - just like the Ethiopian protests."
