Rabbi Mendel Lubin will succeed Rabbi Karlitz as neighborhood rabbi

During the funeral of Rabbi Nissim Karelitz, it was announced that his position as rabbi of the Ramat Aharon neighborhood in Bnei Brak will be filled by Rabbi Mendel Lubin.
