Minister Bezalel Smotrich said on Tuesday afternoon that from his point of view, a recent attack on Golani soldiers near Yitzhar was not a terrorist incident.
Interviewed by Galei Tzahal radio, he conceded, "This is a serious and illegal civil protest."
