Minister Yuval Steinitz responded Tuesday to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's decision to return the mandate to assemble the government to the president, telling Galei Tzahal radio, "I hear that they say Netanyahu failed. He failed because Blue and White wanted him from the beginning to accept the mandate and not succeed."
