The legal forum in the Israeli Arab Higher Monitoring Committee has announced that it will appeal to the United Nations Human Rights Council and complain about what it called "the helplessness of Israeli enforcement authorities against the spread of violence and crime in Arab communities".
The Monitoring Committee will hold a demonstration Tuesday afternoon in front of the Northern District police headquarters in Nazareth and next week it is planning a protest in the Jerusalem government complex.
