Amir Abu Laben of Ramle, suspected of running over and killing 8-year old Itai Margi on Yom Kippur in Tel Aviv is expected to be released to house arrest on Sunday under restrictive conditions.
Witnesses to the accident said that Laben, 20, was "driving at a crazy speed" when he hit the boy.
