A magnificent spring and observation point with a view of the Samarian mountains were inaugurated Wednesday in the Jewish community of Shavei Shomron in memory of Roy and Uri Lipnik who were killed about a year and a half ago in a serious traffic accident at the entrance to the community.
The development and construction of the site was carried out by the youth of Shavei Shomron.
