The prosecutor's office is expected to file, Thursday, a declaration of intent to prosecute against two eastern Jerusalem residents who are suspected of causing a fatal car crash on Rosh Hashanah at the Begin-Rosemarin Junction in Jerusalem.
A police investigation revealed that the two had a driving competition and when one of them reached the intersection he lost control and crashed into a vehicle in which a 50-year-old man was killed and his wife was seriously injured.
