Judge Meltzer: Suspicion of fraud in 31 polls

Central Election Commission Chairman Justice Hanan Meltzer appealed to Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit and the Deputy Commissioner to examine the opening of a criminal investigation on suspicion of counterfeiting at 31 polling stations across the country.
