Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu made an official request, on behalf of President Reuben Rivlin and himself, to Russian President Vladimir Putin asking him to grant a pardon to Naama Issachar and to allow her return to Israel.
The request was officially passed to the Russian President today (Tuesday).
