Yisrael Beitienu Chairman Avigdor Liberman presented his outline for a unity government.
According to the outline, Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu will serve first in the rotation, followed by Benny Gantz. The parties that will be members of the coalition will only be Blue & White ,Likud, and Yisrael Beitienu.
