The Likud Party has responded to a Maariv interview with Chairman Avigdor Liberman of the Yisrael Beytenu Party, in which he made disparaging remarks about Prime Minister and Likud Chairman Binyamin Netanyahu and Likud ministers.
A Likud statement said, "It is unfortunate that on the eve of Yom Kippur, when the public longs for reconciliation and unity, Liberman is disparaging in a divisive and inflammatory style, spreading false, imaginary accusations against Prime Minister Netanyahu and others."
