Russia: No advance US notice on its intention to withdraw from Syria

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday that the United States and Turkey did not update Russia in advance of the US decision to withdraw its forces from Syria.

Peskov noted, "We are closely monitoring the situation."
