An area inspector in the Kiryat Yam municipality was surprised on Tuesday morning to find a baby wandering alone on Hazayit Street, wearing only a diaper.
Authorities went house to house, knocking on doors until they found the family home on nearby Bar Yehuda Street. The baby was returned to the arms of his 16-year-old brother who was watching the toddler while their parents were at work and did not know that his brother had left the house without his family members feeling it.
