The Military Court of Appeal accepted on Monday, the prosecution's appeal regarding the terrorist who stabbed Nirit Zamora in 2015 at the Gush Etzion Junction, and decided to convict him of attempted murder.
About a year ago, the court acquitted the terrorist of attempted murder and and convicted him of causing aggravated injury – a less serious offense - and sentenced him to 14 years in prison. Now, after the attempted-murder conviction, his sentence is expected to be increased.
