Declaration of intent to prosecute in Highway 443 terror stabbing

A prosecutor's statement of intent to prosecute was filed on Monday against a 15-year-old resident of the Palestinian Authority village of Media who stabbed a 22-year-old resident of Modiin Illit in the neck last month at a bus stop on Highway 443, causing moderate wounds.
