A court has rejected the delay request filed by Sara Netanyahu's defense team and ruled that a hearing, including testimony by the prime minister's wife, will take place on Monday in the claim of a Prime Minister's Residence employee against Mrs. Netanyahu.
According to Channel 12 News, the judge made it clear that if Netanyahu did not come to court to give her testimony, the affidavit would be dismissed.
