Matan Kahana will be the 1,000th Member of Knesset to take the oath of office when the 22nd Knesset convenes Thursday afternoon, according to Yisrael Hayom.
Kahana is one of eight MKs who did not serve in the past, after the all-time count reached 994 in the last Knesset.
